I’m so glad you’re trying to help someone in similar circumstances! There really aren’t any out there yet, but I appreciated Elliott’s Getting Over Your Break-up. Beyond affirmations, journaling, EMDR therapies, and counseling, it’s a helpful tool. I wish you and your client the best!
